Chicken Alfredo

Pasta and noodles! This is one of my favorite dishes. It's delicious, but wait until you hear the story it originated from. 

   In 1914, people say that a man named Alfredo Di Lelio,  was trying to cook something that would please his wife. To do so, he created a sauce made from Parmesan cheese and butter, poured it over some fettuccine, and served it to his wife. Di Lelio also opened up a restaurant in Italy and served his new,  innovative dish.
